The check-in process was smooth and professional. The breakfast offered a great selection. The hotel is located conveniently near the Shepherd's Bush tube station.
The hotel hallways showed some wear with tired paint and carpeting. The room felt a bit dated. The air conditioning in my room did not function.

the team welcomed me warmly. i found the room super clean with comfy beds. i appreciated the convenient location, close to both notting hill and kensington high street.
i noticed the faucet handle in the bathroom was broken. this made adjusting the water flow inconvenient.

Breakfast provided a good selection including vegan options, which I enjoyed. The watermelon was particularly fresh. The shower offered good pressure with nice shampoo. It was a great way to start the day.

The staff was very cute. anthony from concierge arranged a musical and a hop-on hop-off tour for us. Both were good and entertaining. the room was super clean, the beds were really comfy, and the breakfast offered a vast choice. the huge westfield mall is just across the roundabout, only a 5 min walk!!!

The hotel features a helpful concierge. They could not have done anymore for me. My breakfast included great choices. Staff went over and beyond at all times. They offered halal options.
The bathtub wooden panel was swollen by water. The bathroom seemed very small. I noticed a missing water restock and missing glasses too.

shower issue unclean bathroom
The shower was a problem. It flooded the entire bathroom every time I used it! I tried angling the shower head, but nothing stopped the water from escaping. The room's cleanliness also wasn't great. I saw dust everywhere, and I found the bathroom especially unclean. I complained at reception, but nothing changed.
